Your goal

Changes your weekly plan straight away. Your levels are kept.

Calm under load Builds your tolerance to carbon dioxide, so the urge to breathe arrives later and feels calmer. Over time you can keep breathing through your nose for longer, at rest and when exercising. CO2 tables, walking holds and reduced breathing; tracks when your first contraction arrives. Longer breath holds Extends your static breath hold by training tolerance to both rising carbon dioxide and lower oxygen. CO2 and O2 tables on alternate days, unlocking O2 once your max reaches 1:00; tracks your max static hold.
